We are currently working on a 2-10+ business day production time turn-around and ship packages twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) as long as payment has been received. Tracking numbers are given upon request (samples and small orders not included) and paid for BEFORE item is purchased. Please message us if a tracking number is needed.
2-7+ business days is the current postal wait-time for shipping in Canada, 6-12+ business days for shipping within the US and 4-8+ weeks for international orders.
There is always a possibility that the US border (or overseas borders) may hold the package for a few days, so please take this into consideration. While we are just as anxious as you are for you to receive your order, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the custom clearance or by the postal system.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
